VPEG6 gives investors access to professionally managed Australian private equity funds focused on investing in profitable companies at the Later Expansion and Buyout stages of private equity in Australia. To enhance portfolio diversification, the Fund also intends to co-invest alongside. professionally managed Australian private equity funds focused on investing the Later Expansion and Buyout stages. VPEG6 will target a per annum return of 20% p.a. over a four-to-six-year investment timeframe. To solve for investors capital call requirements, 100% of investor capital will be taken upfront and invested into the iPartners Core Income fund that will then be progressively drawn down by Vantage as and when required. Investors may apply to redeem their investment in the Fund after a minimum holding period of four years, by providing 60 days’ notice.
