The strategy is designed to capture attractive entry points in the less-crowded mid-market, where Goldman Sachs can secure control positions and actively drive value creation. The fund’s differentiated secondaries platform has consistently delivered acquisitions at meaningful discounts to NAV, enhancing return potential. At launch, investors gain exposure to 10 seeded assets across four secular themes: energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport & logistics, and social infrastructure.
